A beautiful New Braunfels Getaway making for an ideal New Braunfels Vacation Destination! The three bedroom, two bath condo on the first floor for easy river and swimming pool access exemplifies what our lovely river city has to offer! Each bathroom has both a shower and tub. The master has a queen and small fold out sofa. The second bedroom has a daybed with trundle that opens up to make a king. The third bedroom has a very nice bunkbed with a double bottom. Finest of linens and amenities and two large thin HD TVs. Fireplace and lovely patio overlooking the river below make this a major resort accomodation in the hottest location in Texas.

The condo also has a washer and dryer for the guests' convenience. Leather sofa and bar stools for the serve through bar. Granite counter tops, tile and ceiling fans throughout.

The well-equipped kitchen has all of the finest amenities and features all major appliances, as well as a blender, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. The balcony overlooks miles and miles of the Texas Hil Country and the Guadalupe River below. The master bedroom has a view and french doors as well. From the balcony, guests can also see the beautiful walkway down to the river where there is a barbeque pit and picnic tables by the rapids as folks float or raft by.

Guests can enjoy the beautiful pool with a large waterfall or grab a tube and jump in the Guadalupe River. Within walking distance, there are wonderful restaurants and shopping.

Next door is a great Antique store and the Gruene River Grill, and the Grist Mill is just 3 or 4 doors down next to Gruene Hall, where you can enjoy music and dancing at night. Get an ice cream at the Gruene General Store or a glass of wine at the winery next door.

Schlitterbahn Waterpark in downtown New Braunfels and Landa Park are just a few

miles away.
