El Patio Grande is a sensational site for the perfect New Braunfels Getaway and special events! Located on the first floor of the New Village of Gruene Condos, El Patio has a huge, covered patio with teak furnishings and seating for 16. The first floor view hangs over the Guadalupe River below overlooking the stone patio which is ideal for special events.

Should guests like to use the pool, it is simply outside the front door and the river a short walk away. There is pool furniture and a lovely waterfall. Two thin HD flat screens, granite countertops, the finest of linens and amenities, tile floors and celing fans throughout. Master bedroom has a queen and small sleeper sofa with a private master bath and french doors out to the patio. The second bedroom has a very nice wooden bunk with a double bottom. The third bedroom has a daybed and trundle. There is leather furniture in the beautiful living area with bar stools at the serve through bar.

A three bedroom, two bath that that can sleep 8. Each bathroom has both a shower and tub. The condo also has a washer and dryer for the guests' convenience. Comfortable chairs and two large thin HD TVs with cable.

The well-equipped kitchen has all of the finest amenities and features granite counter tops, all major appliances, as well as a blender, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. The balcony overlooks the Texas Hil Country and the Guadalupe River below. The master bedroom has a view as well. From the balcony, guests can also see the beautiful walkway down to the river where there is a barbeque pit and picnic tables by the rapids as folks float or raft by.

With this first floor condo, Guests can walk out the door to enjoy the beautiful pool with a large waterfall or grab a tube and jump in the Guadalupe River. Within walking distance, there are wonderful restaurants and shopping. Next door is a great Antique store and the Gruene River Grill, and the Grist Mill is just 3 or 4 doors down next to Gruene Hall, where you can enjoy music and dancing at night. Get an ice cream at the Gruene General Store or a glass of wine at the winery next door. The Typsy Gypsy by Adobe Verde is fun shop with unique clothing. Schlitterbahn Waterpark on the Comal River in downtown New Braunfels and Landa Park are just a few miles away.
