The Village at Gruene Condominiums (pronounced Green) are the only condo's in Downtown Gruene-Home of the world reknown Gruene Hall and Gristmill Restaurant. Built in 1878, Gruene Hall is the oldest continually running dance hall in Texas and music birthplace to many great songwriters and musicians. Including George Strait, Ace in the Hole, Jerry Jeff Walker, Lyle Lovett, Joe Ely, Robert Earl Keen, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Hal Ketchum, Bruce and Charlie Robison, and many more. The condo's are brand new in 2009 and have a great pool and waterfront area with picnic tables and BBQ grills. The architecture is pure Gruene as you will see the influence of old Gruene on this new construction. Even the elevator looks like an old water cistern tower.

This unit is all tile floors, granite and stainless kitchen, leather sofa/love seat, flat screen TV's and a great balcony to watch the sunsets and the tubers going down the river. All of the New Braunfels activities and attractions are just 10 minutes away.
