An ideal New Braunfels getaway, this three bedroom, two bath that can sleep 8+ guests. The condo has a Queen, bunkbed with a double bottom, full with a slide out sleeper, and a double sofa sleeper (also a queen air mattress is available). Each bathroom has both a shower and tub.

The condo also has a washer and dryer for the guests' convenience. Comfortable living room and a large thin HD TV with cable!

The well-equipped kitchen has all of the finest amenities and features granite counter tops, all major appliances, as well as a blender, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. The balcony overlooks miles and miles of the Texas Hil Country and the Guadalupe River below. The master bedroom has a view as well. From the balcony, guests can also see the beautiful

walkway down to the river where there is a barbeque pit and picnic tables by the rapids as folks float or raft by.

Guests can enjoy the beautiful pool with a large waterfall or grab a tube and jump in the Guadalupe River. Within walking distance, there are wonderful restaurants and shopping.

Next door is a great Antique store and the Gruene River Grill, and the Grist Mill is just 3 or 4 doors down next to Gruene Hall, where you can enjoy music and dancing at night. Get an ice cream at the Gruene General Store or a glass of wine at the winery next door
