Expensive ski boats will entertain you with their wake boarders's tricks.  Ideal for church retreats, small weddings of 150 or less, corporate retreats, and youth camps as the Lodge can sleep 30!. Secluded and private with ample parking - Only seven miles east of New Braunfels! Arrange for a boat ride or ski lesson for an additional charge that can be arranged directly with the owners. The house is boat friendly and guests are welcome to bring their own jet skis, etc. Lovely stone patio with hammock and grill with the incredible view. Adorable black and white kitchen with yellow walls, every room has a great view! Glassed in sun porch on the waterfront.    

The main house was built in 1940, a genteel summer house with a glassed in porch and beautiful lake views from every room.  It was the first home built on Lake McQueeney and "Hammy" was the family matriarch.  The house is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a big kitchen, open dining and living room. There is a large bunkhouse behind the main house that has four bedrooms with two large bathrooms. Bunkhouse has a small kitchenette and a washer and dryer.  Bring kayaks, floaties, folding chairs and enjoy large gatherings on three acres of wooded waterfront.    

Boat Rides or Ski Lessons by Licensed Instructors - Must be reserved by contacting the owners themselves, information is located inside the home.

Bed Configuration for the Main House:  King, four twins, full, full sofa sleeper.

Bed Configuration for the Bunkhouse:  Six twins including bunkbed with a double bottom, blow up queen under the bunkbed, middle room has a queen, back room has four twins and two doubles.  There is another small room for hanging clothes and bags etc.
