Warm and cozy one bedroom with a private patio right on the Guadalupe River in downtown New Braunfels. Close to Schlitterbahn and Gruene, this quiet gated complex is tucked away in an older neighborhood less than a mile from IH-35. Master has a king and with a double futon in the living room along with an air mattress. The bathroom has doors from the bedroom and living room for guests ease. Private patio right on the river with dining table, grill and umbrella for shade. There is a pool with picnic tables and grill as well.
