Wonderful, waterfront on the Guadalupe River makes this cottage one of the more desirable properties. Perched above the Guadalupe River, this cute little cottage has a birds eye view of the tubers floating by. There is a covered boathouse with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. Guests can walk down to the riverfront where is there is a large deck with chairs right on the water. Glorious waterfront in the middle of the 12 mile stretch of River Road. Recently completely renovated, there is fresh paint, new furnishings and a flat screen TV.

The house has the feel of an old fashioned lodge. The kitchen and dining room have an amazing view of the water and ample seating. There are three bedrooms and two baths (one is outside, very cute), two queens, three bunkbeds and two comfy hid a mats under the bunkbeds. Located just before the third crossing heading towards Sattler and the fourth crossing. The home has ample parking and has a long driveway from the entry way.
