Welcome to 733 WOODSIDE AVENUE "TOWN LIFT HOUSE", a historic 1903 Victorian mansion affectionately called the "Town Lift House" because it is located steps to the Town Chair Lift, the Town Lift Plaza, and the Town Ski Bridge. The House is in the heart of Old Town. Walk to Old Town's Main Street, with it charming restaurants, ski shops, and galleries.

Many of the bedrooms are suites: two of the bedrooms have full kitchenettes with granite countertops. 2 bathrooms have Jacuzzi bathtubs. 1 bathroom has a fireplace and a Jacuzzi tub. One master suite has a marble walk in steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. There is a Bunk Room that is excellent for kids and is equipped with a kitchenette with granite countertop, fireplace, bathroom, and Nintendo Wii system. All bedrooms have mounted flat screen TVS, DVD players, and Cable TV.

FREE DAILY MAID SERVICE PROVIDED AND 24 HR HOUSE MANAGER: cleaning of the house, making beds, fresh towels, and trash pickup. A House Manager is on duty 24 hrs to handle any problems or assist you with any special needs, and he can even arrange catering.

NEWLY REMODELED: The entire house has been remodeled with fireplaces in all bedrooms, marble bathrooms, new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen and kitchenettes. The House has a total of 7 fireplaces, 1 in the living room and 1 in each suite.(plus there is one in one of the bathrooms). There is a Media Room with projector, surround system and wet bar. All bedrooms have mounted flat screen TVS, DVD players, Cable TV. Radiant heat system in the house. FREE "WI-FI" (Wi-Fi range extends to porch and patio areas).

LARGE PATIO AND SPA: There is a large patio for entertaining, with 2 fire pits and a large Jacuzzi in a romantic covered, curtained gazebo that provides privacy and allows use even when snowing; and from the patio and jacuzzi you have breathtaking views to the mountains, the chair lift going along the side of the house, the Town Bridge, Main Street and ski slopes. There is an attached garage plus ample off street parking areas.
