Ideal for 3 couples traveling with kids, the layout offers three King Masters, a Queen and a den with elegant Trundle bed, with a total sleeping capacity of 10. 

The living level offers extra height vaulted ceilings with a wall of windows and large deck from which to enjoy the view. Travertine tiled entryway and hardwood throughout the living area provides refined elegance. Gourmet kitchen is open to the living area with granite countertops and everything for the cook. A large gas fireplace and flat panel TV center the room, and WiFi is available. The Master Suite offers a private bath with oversized shower and flat screen TV/DVD. An attached two car garage opens to convenient laundry area.

Downstairs is a comfortable family room with flat screen TV and DVD player and a pool table. Outside, a patio and lawn also offer magnificent views. Two large bedrooms, each with King Bed share an oversized Jack & Jill Bath with separate commode/shower room.

Trapper Ridge is a planned community of single family homes just a 10 minute drive to Powder Mountain - both Snowbasin and Wolf Creek Utah Ski Area are within a 25 minute drive. The community features a pool & year-round hot tub overlooking Pineview Lake, Clubhouse with fitness center, ping pong and club room for private functions. There's also a tennis court and basketball practice area, and the neighborhood trail connects to Wolf Creek's network, offering about a 4 mile loop. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available at Clubhouse.
