Our two ( 2Bed/1Bath ) Beach Cottages sleep 4 people each, and are just a few doors West of our personal residence, The Hohe House, and our Guest Studio, in this quiet beach neighborhood. The Cottages are even closer to the beach, have no direct ocean view (there is one house between you and the beach), but you are still so close you will hear the breaking waves as you sleep (a 2 to 3 min. walk to the sand). This luxury non smoking, Mission Beach/Pacific Beach oceanfront condo is on the beach. All rooms feature ocean views, except the bathroom and second bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and eating utensils. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom 2 twin beds, and the living room two couches and 2 folding mattresses - similar to a futon, but slightly narrower than twin beds and 1 foot longer - which can easily accommodate children. The large balcony overlooks the boardwalk and has patio seating for 4. There is one parking space below the unit large enough to fit the biggest SUV. The unit is located on the 2nd floor, in the middle of the building in a 3 story complex. The condo is located halfway between the Pacific Beach Pier and the famed Belmont Park roller coaster.
