Aloha! Welcome to our charming studio condo. This photo shows more remote Kawakiu Nui Beach (a walk to the west from the resort) in July. Enjoy keeping cool with the fresh water pool while taking in the sun. The lawn rolls down to the beach. Watch the waves from the lanai. Sometimes the Cardinals come in to the kitchen for crumbs. The kitchenette is convienient, so you can enjoy meals in the unit without going to the restaurants all the time. This is Kephui Beach, in front of the Kaluakoi Resort in July, when it is great for snorkeling here. In winter months, this is a surfing beach, and swimmers drive the resort road to nearby protected "Dixy Beach". Explore the ancient Hawaiian fishing trails along the shorelines. This photo was taken on a horseback ride at Pu'u-o-Hoku Ranch (call there to book, see Aloha Sheet). Behind Kiaka Rock starts Papohaku Beach - the longest beach in Hawaii. There is a sign down the beach that says "anything you ever wanted to do on a Hawaiian beach, you can do it here." This is called an "umbrella tree", <BR>
