It is also close to the scenic fishing village of Menemsha. Golf, tennis, shopping at the fleamarket and dining at scenic restaurants are nearby. This home has laundry, stereo,CD, cable TV and weekly rubbish pick-up. The spacious living area features vaulted beamed ceilings with two skylights and opens onto the covered farmer's porch and sun deck which has chaise lounges and a table with umbrella. The house has a fireplace, ceiling fans and bamboo floors throughout. Private outdoor shower. The master bedroom with queen-size bed, private bathroom and ceiling fan opens onto the sundeck.
