| RENTAL POLICIES
All rentals require a signed Rental Agreement to reserve the house.
Pets are considered with a signed Pet Agreement and additional fees.
Renters have two options regarding cleaning fees: 1) pay $250 and do no cleaning other than leaving the house tidy; or 2) pay $200 and do these things: put dishes in dishwasher, run one load of laundry in each washer, empty refrigerator and pantry of all opened food; turn on "self clean" if oven is dirty; put trash in supplied tie bags; leave grill clean; and put all furniture, including cribs, back where you found it.
We require a refundable $500 reservation/damage deposit per week or less to reserve the house
Rent and taxes are due 8 weeks in advance of the arrival date.
Taxes of 10% are additional to all rents, cleaning fees, and pet fees.
We allow weekly rentals only (Saturday-Saturday) between March and Labor Day
We have a 3 night minimum September 11, 2010 - Feb 27, 2011 (4 night minim Fl-Ga weekend)
We allow weekly rentals only at holidays
We have a $500 up charge for Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years weeks.
Babies up to 2 years in crib free.
Fall and winter rates depend on number staying in the house*
Maximum 12 guests plus baby.
