	The oceanfront vacation rental house is beautifully decorated in a Key West cottage style, with soft colors, comfortable furnishings, and ocean views from every window. We have a gas fireplace for our winter guests, several televisions with VCRs and DVD players, a complete computer center with high speed Internet, and many more amenities. What a delightful vacation spot!

Since the house is nestled among the dunes and is perched 25 ft above sea level, there is a great view of the ocean from all major rooms. A large deck runs the full length of the house, with a short walkway over the dune. Plentiful chairs and tables make deck living as enjoyable as the house and the beach. A built-in bench on the walkway is a great spot for morning coffee! You will spend alot of lounging time on your vacation here! 	SANDPIPERS NEST offers all the comforts of home plus the privacy and seclusion of an island get-a-way. The dining table easily seats six and two comfortable bar chairs provide extra seating. The convenient galley kitchen with its beautiful granite counters opens to the living-dining area. It contains a glass-top range, side by side refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and other handy appliances.

The master bedroom is 14 X 18 feet, with a king-sized bed, day bed, sitting area, TV/VCR/DVD, and a private bath. We have a Dell computer with 17" flat screen monitor, high speed DSL Internet connection, wireless connection and a Fax/Printer. The room is on the back of the house, opening onto the ocean front deck.

	Wood ceilings, plantation shutters, and top quality furniture insure that you have a luxurious vacation. Everything from a gas grill to beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and beach toys are provided for your convenience.

A "junior master" bedroom suite on the front of the house contains vaulted ceilings, a queen-size bed, a TV/VCR, and a private bath.

	The third bedroom is a child's delight. The bunk bed sleeps three, thanks to the trundle on the bottom. A television and DVD player will help keep the youngsters occupied after a full day on the beach! The mattresses are regular twin units and are perfectly comfortable for adults! Kids will also enjoy the collection of games, puzzles, and videos we provide!
