| Vacation Rental Policies: |
| 1. $500 reservation/damage deposit is required for all rentals per week or less.
2. All fees are due 8 weeks in advance of arrival date. 3. Some rates are based on the specific number of people staying in the vacation home. 4. A completed and signed Rental Agreement is required to lease the house. 5. We do not allow smoking inside! Deposits will be forfeited if any evidence of indoor smoking is found! 6. We take some pets with additional fees. All pet determinations are made on an individual basis. 7. There is a 3 night minimum on daily rates (Sept-Feb only); a weekly minimum at all holidays 8.Renters have an option to pay a cleaning fee of $175 and do NO cleaning other than leaving the house tidy, OR to pay a fee of $125 and do the following before you check out: wash one full load of laundry; put dishes in the dish washer and turn it on; remove all opened food items from refrigerator and pantry; put all house hold trash in the supplied tie bags; clean the grill if you used it; and put all furniture back where you found it. 9. We have a holiday upcharge of $300 for Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years weeks. 11. Check in is no earlier than 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. 12. Taxes of 10% are added to all rentals, including cleaning fees and pet fees. 13. We do not charge for babies up to 2 years of age in cribs. 14. Check with the owners about the optional Serenata Beach Club membership |
